DHL Express says it will open a new purpose-built Service Centre in Molesdinar, QLD on the Gold Coast in the second half of this year.

The 3,000 square metre state-of-the-art facility will focus on small and medium-sized enterprises between the Gold Coast and the mid-north coast of New South Wales.  Features will include nine on-grade roller doors to the warehouse area and two crossovers which allow separate areas for customer access and truck deliveries.  Customers will be able to pick up shipments at their convenience anytime around the clock from parcel lockers that will be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

"Our Gold Coast Service Centre's prime location in the industrial zone will allow us to continue providing the best service for our customers, who can then further grow their businesses," said Gary Edstein, CEO and Senior Vice President of DHL Express Oceania.  "These are certainly exciting times for our Gold Coast operations and we are delighted that the project is well on track."
