The UK's wealthiest man and chief proponent of leaving the the European Union is planning a Brexit of his own.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe is the CEO of the chemical firm Ineos and has an estimated fortune of £21 Billion (AU$38 Billion).  The Sunday Times reports that the 65-year old has been working with his accountants on a "tax avoidance plan" that will have him move to Monaco to avoid paying anywhere from AU$720 Million to $7.2 Billion in taxes.

"To be made a knight of the realm and then to start planning this is sticking two fingers up to the country that has honoured you," said Meg Hillier, the Labour chairman of the public accounts committee.

During the 2016 campaign for the Brexit Referendum, he insisted that Britain would prosper outside of the European Union.  But he isn't sticking around for after the Brexit, and joins a growing list of prominent Brexiteers who are moving their interests out of the country.

James Dyson, maker of those really expensive vacuum cleaners, is moving his business to Singapore.  MP John Redwood advised investors to take their money out of the country.  MP Jacob Rees Mogg's firm Somerset Capital Management (SCM) opened a new investment vehicle in Dublin amid concerns about being cut off from European investors.
