Police in Quebec, Canada have one inmate back in custody after a brazen daylight prison break in a helicopter.  Another inmate is still at large.

The helicopter hovered above the yard at the Saint-Jérôme jail northwest of Montreal, and lowered a rope for two inmates to climb up.

Quebec police say they arrested three people 5- kilometers away:  One of the inmates, the helicopter pilot, and one more alleged accomplice.  The inmate who was recaptured is said to have ties to the Hells Angeles bikie gang.  The other inmate was still on the run.

A few weeks ago, guards at the same prison had to use pepper spray to put down a disturbance by some of the 480 inmates.
