Mazda Australia will move into a brand new building in Melbourne's north that will serve as its national parts and distribution facility.

The development is named 4Ten Epping.  The new estate from Frasers Property Industrial stretches across 63.4 hectares of land, and Mazda signed a ten year lease to occupy 37,235 square meters for its warehouse.

"This new National Parts Distribution Centre will allow our staff to continue to deliver industry-leading customer service through the timely and accurate distribution of vehicle parts in a safe, purpose-built environment," said Vinesh Bhindi, Mazda Australia Managing Director.

This is Mazda's second major facility upgrade project following the new headquarters facility in Mulgrave, VIC that will open in 2021.
