Good Morning Australia!! - The Manchester Bombing:  All of the latest names and numbers leaked by the US against UK wishes.. yeah, it's tragic and weird - Duterte declares Martial Law - The longest-serving 007 has passed - And more in your CareerSpot Global News Briefs:

Authorities say the suicide bomber who killed 21 concert goers and injured nearly 60 as they exited an Ariana Grande show in Manchester, UK was 22-year Salman Abedi.  Greater Manchester Police have also arrested a 23-year-old man in the deadly attack, some reports in the UK speculate he is the main suspect's brother.  Abedi was born in the UK and was known to law enforcement.  He reportedly took the train to Manchester Arena where he detonated an explosive vest at the main exit; investigators found ball bearings at the scene and have traced the bomber’s movements through CCTV cameras.  The so-called Islamic State called Abedi a "soldier of the caliphate" and took responsibility for the cowardly attack on a bunch of pre-teen and teenage girls.

The suspect's parents fled Libya during Moammar Gaddhafi's reign and settled in London as refugees before moving to Manchester.  Abedi and his family worshiped at Didsbury mosque in Manchester where his father Abu Ismael Abedi is reportedly well-known as a vocal opponent of extremists and terrorism.   People in the community described Salman as quiet and polite, but one former classmate recently sensed something was wrong:  "I saw him last year and he had a beard thing going on.  We didn't speak but just nodded to each other.  I don't remember seeing him with beard before. He always had a bit of an attitude problem," said Leon Hall.

Officials are in the process of releasing names of the victims of the Manchester bombing, and they couldn't be more heartbreaking.
Saffie Rose Roussos
Saffie Roussos was just eight-years old, and described as a "beautiful little girl" who was "loved by everyone" for her "warmth and kindness".
Georgina Callandar (left)
18-year old Georgina Callandar (left, with Ariana Grande and a friend) described herself as an Ariana Grande "Superfan" and had met the singer three years ago.  She was attending health studies at university.  There were still a handful of young people unaccounted for after the bombing and ensuing chaos, and family members are awaiting news and fearing the worst.  Ariana Grande is reportedly grief-stricken and has suspended the remainder of her world tour.

If you can, take some time out today to listen to poet Tony Walsh's tribute to Manchester at the vigil for victims of the bombing held at Manchester's Albert Square.

While the UK has been trying to maintain control of information from Manchester, US intelligence has been leaking names and numbers - and it's freaking out America's European allies as well as critics in Washington.  Not just once, but several times - usurping the Brits by leaking the type of bomb, the number of victims, and just a few hours ago the name of the bomber.  That forced the Greater Manchester Police to play catch-up several times instead of concentrating on the investigation.

This is incredibly odd behavior towards America's supposed closest ally, described as "unprofessional" in Washington.  "I suspect the Brits are livid - I know we would be - to have a suspect ID'd before they're ready," said a Belgian intelligence official to Buzzfeed News, "And obviously the recent performance of the Trump administration on leaking sensitive information can't be far from anyone's mind if they examine (the situation)."  Did.. he.. just say the Yanks leaked the intel to help.. Russia?

Which brings us to the orange clown..

Donald Trump could have said anything about the tragedy in Manchester; instead, he fell back into his juvenile habits.  "I won’t call them monsters because they would like that term," Trump said of the so-called Islamic State while in Jerusalem.  "They would think that’s a great name.  I will call them from now on losers, because that's what they are.  They're losers.  And we'll have more of them.  But they're losers."
daaahhhrrrrrrrr
Yeah, compare that to Tony Walsh.  Other than being a High School-style epithet, it shows Trump's deteriorating vocabulary:  He insults people as "losers" at the drop of a hat, and usually for petty, trivial, or imagined reasons.  And this is the best that the "leader of the free world" can come up with.  Sad!

Before leaving Jerusalem, Trump raised eyebrows at Yad Vashem, Israel's Holocaust Museum, by signing the guestbook with an inane message best reserved for a middle schooler's yearbook.
Who does this? Did he think he was at summer camp?
"It is a great honor to be here with all of my friends - so amazing and will Never Forget!" Trump wrote in a hodgepodge of upper- and lower-case with a smattering of cursive.   Critics immediately recalled what then-President Obama had written a few years back:
President Barack Obama, 2013
"It is humbling and inspiring to visit and remember the visionary who began the remarkable establishment of the State of Israel. May our two countries possess the same vision and will to secure peace and prosperity for future generations." Mr. Obama wrote in a similar visit back in 2013.  Even George W. Bush managed to keep it straight in 2008 with a simple, "God bless Israel."  Trump talks about himself.  America, what have you done?

After embarrassing himself and his nation in Israel, the Trump trainwreck moved on to Rome, where Melania Trump again refused to touch Donald's hand.
Get your hands OFF of me!
Trump reached down to grab Melania's hand, and she immediately yanked it away and pretended to straighten her hair.  Yesterday, she swatted Trump's hand away on the tarmac of Israel's Ben Gurion Airport.  Later, Trump will meet with Pope Francis at the Vatican, let's see if he screws that up.

One of Trump's favorite strongmen, President Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines, has declared martial law on the southern island of Mindanao.  Fighting has killed three troops and twelve others as government forces try to contain Islamist insurgents seeking greater autonomy.  Troops are actively seeking out the leader of a militant group that had pledged allegiance to so-called Islamic State.

Sir Roger Moore is dead after a short battle with cancer.  The 89-year old will always be famous for his lighthearted portrayal of Ian Fleming's MI6 agent James Bond, playing the role in seven official Bond films from "Live and Let Die" through "A View to a Kill".
Moore.. Roger Moore
Hi-yah!
Moore was famously for his good humor and almost never taking himself or his character as seriously as his predecessor Sean Connery or his four successors who gave the character a harder edge.  Despite an incredibly successful career in TV and movies, he said his greatest work was being a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF.
