Satellite images show signs of snow removal and other preparation work going on at North Korea’s nuclear test site.  That is leading to speculation that the world may not have to wait too long for the next blast.

South Korean broadcaster KBS says images obtained from U.S.-based Digital Globe show snow being removed and materials being transported around key facilities and roads along the site’s southern tunnel.

Security officials in Seoul have said they did not expect another test so soon, but are stepping up monitoring just in case.
