Two nuclear reactors at a power plant in Arkansas are shut down after an accident that killed one man. The plant was placed under an "unusual event classification”.  The lowest of four emergency classifications designated by American nuclear regulators.

The workers were moving a piece of heavy equipment from the turbine building at the Entergy “Arkansas Nuclear One” plant bear Little Rock.  The gear somehow got loose and fell onto the workers, killing one and injuring three others.

The plant supplies 30 percent of the state’s energy, delivering electricity to 2.8 million customers the middle southern United States.
