President Hugo Chávez isn’t quite home yet, but he’s back in Venezuela after spending several weeks in Havana, Cuba for cancer treatment.  He’ll be treated at a military hospital in Caracas.

Venezuela hasn’t specified the type of cancer from which Chávez is recovering, an absent detail confounding the opposition.  It was revealed a few days ago that he has a trach tube in his neck.

That’s making it difficult for Chávez to speak and certainly precludes any of his trademark hours-long speeches.  But that which reality deprives, the Internet restores.

Speaking on his Twitter account, Chávez said "I'm clinging to Christ and trusting in my doctors and nurses," and, "Onward toward victory always!!  We will live and we will triumph!!"

Chávez also thanked brothers Fidel and Raul Castro who have overseen his treatment in Cuba.
