Moscow police are questioning a man in the road rage attack on an elderly man.  It was caught on video, thanks to the fact that most Russian drivers have installed dashboard cameras in their cars to protect themselves from hit and run crashes, insurance fraud, and crooked cops.

The elderly man in a Nissan Almera gets out of his car to yell at the driver of the white BMW 116 hatchback, who had allegedly been following and menacing the older guy.  He had turned his back and walked back to his car, when the BMW accelerated forwards and hit the man, sending him crashing to the ground.

The man is pinned between the BMW and his own car door, which was torn off.  Then, the thug in the BMW gets out to inspect his own car, gets back in and leaves.  People stop to help the man, and was taken to hospital where he spoke with reporters about the shocking assault.

The driver was identified as one Mr. Igor Kalmykov, who was quickly picked up by police since everything was caught on video, including his vehicle tags.
