Every year, the town of Wunsiedel in the southern German state of Bavaria has to put up with a gathering of neo-nazi scum who march to their town to commemorate Rudolf Hess, one of Hitler’s top deputies.  This year, townspeople came up with a plan to make the nazis pay for their own opposition.

Instead of protesting against the demonstration, shop owners and residents in Wunsiedel used it as a fundraiser.  People pledged to donate 10 euros for each meter the neo-nazis marched, raising 10,000 Euros.  That money is being donated to EXIT-Deutschland, a charity that helps people leave neo-nazi groups.

Not being the brightest bulbs around, the nazi scum had no idea until they walked through the town – which was decorated with “motivational” signs that mocked nazi slogans, turning them into pro-diversity puns.  My favorite was the pink one that read, “If only the fuehrer knew!”  By the time the morons made it to the finish line and people were laughing and tossing confetti, the dumbasses might have gotten a clue.

The nazis march through Wunseidel on National Heroes’ Remembrance Day, because it was the original burial site of Rudolf Hess, Deputy Fuhrer to Adolf Hitler from 1933 to 1941.  In 2011, the town convinced the Hess family to scrape that crap out of the ground and destroy the gravestone.  Hess’ remains were cremated and scattered at sea, where he was converted into fish poop.
