Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu speaks at the UN General Assembly on Tuesday, a day after he met with US President Barack Obama on a mission to warn the US about Iran.

Netanyahu has not been impressed with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani’s charm offensive at the United Nations, and he insists there is little reason to trust Iran on making its nuclear program transparent.  Rouhani insists Iran has no desire to build nuclear weapons.

But Netanyahu is skeptical about Iran's intentions in its agreement to returning to nuclear negotiations with six world powers.  The Israel PM wants a tightening of punitive economic sanctions on the Islamic Republic.

Netanyahu is expected to press its suspicions at the UN General Assembly on Tuesday.  He’s extended his US trip by one day so he can make his case to the media there as well.
