North Korea has moved two more mobile launchers to its east coast.  It’s an indication of a possible missile launch, or just another bluff to remind the world that it’s still there.

South Korea's Yonhap news agency says, "The satellite imagery released after April 16 showed that two additional transporter-erector-launchers (TEL) for shorter-range Scud missiles were moved to South Hamgyeong Province."

Two mid-range missile launchers were stationed in the area earlier this month.

South Korea’s military officials in Seoul think that Pyongyang may stage a show of force, such as a missile launch or a military parade, during the anniversary of the founding of its military on 25 April.  Such a display was expected but did not happen on the anniversary of North Korea’s founder Kim Il Sung's birth a week ago.
