North Korea’s latest nuclear weapons test and taunting threats are not sitting well in Seoul.  South Korea’s ruling conservative party is now calling for the sunny side of the peninsula to begin making its own nuclear weapons.

Lawmakers claim the only way for South Korea to survive “would be to maintain a balance of terror that confronts nuclear with nuclear,” including the ability to launch preemptive strikes.

They’re also calling for amending the law to allow South Korea to have more ballistic missiles.
