Questions Over Ebola In Democratic Republic Of Congo
The government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) says at least two people are dead of Ebola in a remote region where many others have fallen sick. And the UN World Health Organization (WHO) is backtracking its earlier claims that the deadly Congo illnesses weren’t Ebola, and were another form of haemorrhagic disease.

Worse Than It Looks: WHO Explains Why Ebola Is Undercounted
At the beginning of the week, the death toll in the West African Ebola Outbreak was 1,145 lives lost. As of Saturday, it is 1,427 deaths out of 2,615 infections – almost 300 more deaths in a week from the killer, incurable virus raging through a region of poor countries that were not ready to handle such a health disaster.
